By reusing the string 'Image1' string pattern, psp does bug!

Would it make a difference if Michel is always using the same directory, so only one directory is the default?

and i've been always suprised when i press ctrl+S and psp didn't ask me (where to save it) . No by time, check first to C:\ before search for anywhere in pass folder i worked it...
what is stranged, is i can't reproduce the bug each time !
sometimes it appends, sometimes not.
i'm a Paintshop pro user since 1999 on windows 3.11 until now with psp2018 on Win7 X64
