I'm seeing jumpiness when I zoom photos. It's very slight, but it's annoying.
I'm using X10 Ultimate right now, but I've seen this ins previous VS versions.
I'm creating the video using the project settings, shown here.
MPEG-4 Files
24 bits, 1280 x 720, 30 fps
Frame-based
H.264 High Profile Video: 5000 Kbps, 16:9
44100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo
MPEG AAC Audio: 128 Kbps
It doesn't seem to matter which H.264 codec I use, or whether I'm using 29.97 or 30 fps.
It doesn't seem to matter whether or not I enable hardware acceleration.
I'm running W10 64-bit on 5th gen i7 with HyperThreads enabled and 16 GB of memory
Only VideoStudio is running in my system when I create the video, except that the internet is still connected, so I may be getting IRQs from that, but those shouldn't disturb VS.

Re: Zoom is jumpy
Are you seeing these "jumps" after Sharing/Rendering, or within VS in the Preview window? Seeing slight hesitations while editing and playing the project in the Preview window is not abnormal. I don't expect these anomalies to be in the rendered project (unless your pc performance is not up to this).

Re: Zoom is jumpy
I'm seeing the jumpiness in the rendered video.
The system has intel quad-core i7 with hyperthread (8 virtual cores) running at ~ 4.3 GHz with hw acceleration on and nothing else running in the system.
CPU has 4x32KB instruction and data caches, 4x256KB L2 caches, and a 8MB L3 cache. Bus speed is 100 MHz,
Memory is 16GB of DDR3 running at 800 MHz.
That should be more than enough horsepower to do it.
Maybe there's a service running in the background that's screwing things up.
I can shut off the network and disable the Microsoft Defender anti-virus and Malwarebytes and see if that helps.

Re: Zoom is jumpy
OK.
I disabled the network devices, disabled the Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, also stopped a bunch of services I didn't need right now, like Apple Mobile Device Service, etc. They'll probably restart on my next reboot.
No . More . Jitter.
So, either a service or network interrupts were stealling cycles that were needed by VideoStudio.
Probably good advice to quiesce your system as much as possible before rendering any videos.
