MY MCAFEE SCANS KEEPS PULLING UP THE LAST ULEAD PATCH FOR V.S. 9 AS A POTENTIAL VIRUS,WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Get rid of McAfee :)

No however this is almost certainly a false hit. I use Swishmax, a Flash authoring tool. According to posts on Swishzone forum McAfee reports false positives on that product. So I would ignore this.

As vidoman wrote, it's a false positive. Try updating your AV signatures.
