Broke all my 32-bit Paint Shop Pro versions, they won't open. I got this error message about a missing .dll file but reinstalling X7 hasn't worked. I'm still getting the message . I had to reinstall iCloud for the same missing file. I don't know where it needs to go. I think I'm going to roll back this update because my laptop goes to sleep when I leave it for a few minutes and I can't wake it up.



I posted this under my married name but it has to be approved before you can see it. I had to created a new account because I can't change my name.

Try just downloading the official Microsoft C++ Redistributable package.

I haven't had this issue myself so I don't know that this will work but I imagine it should work just fine.

Thank you! thank you! thank you! That worked, I had to choose between uninstall or repair and I chose repair. It was actually this file that worked - VSU_4\vcredist_x86.exe
