Win dows 19 Creator's Update
Broke all the 32-bit versions of PSP on my computer. Says it's missing the MSVCRT10.DLL file, but it is where it has always been. The 64-bit versions will open but the 32-bit versions won't.

For the record, my PSP 19.2.0.7 32 bit opened fine after the Creators Update but others seem to be having this problem.
I am going to lock this topic to ensure any further discussion only occurs in the one thread.
