AfterShot 3 Pro does not start

After updating from Win 10 1607 Build 14393.969 to 1703 Build 15063.13 the program does not start anymore. No error message
A reprarur attempt has not brought anything. :?: :?:

I had the same issue. The Win 10 update broke some links to folders I had. ASP just wouldn't start, no indication why. Once I got working directories back to where they belonged, ASP worked fine.
