X10 on Creator Update

Post by bharris »

I have a fresh install of Win 10 Pro, Creator edition. I loaded X10 Utimate. I get the Welcome screen but nothing responds and I get the "Server Busy" popup. SP1 for X10 is installed. Any suggestions?

Hi

It does appear to be an internet issue, I assume you managed to register the program on first launch.

Turn off your internet then try running the program, all web based material, like the welcome screen / tutorials will be missing but the program should run? Hopefully

Hi

If the program is installed correctly and you have managed to run and insert your e-mail address as registration, the program opens to the Welcome screen.
Are you able to view the preferences ( press F6)
Change the option to open program from Welcome Screen to Edit.
If you close the program , disconnect the internet, run the program.

If that does not run the program then I would re-install the program.
First download the program again, you can download the first pack Main file only, select a new location to save that file.

If re-installing the program does not help then you should contact Corel Support.

There does appear that some users are having issues in running the program with internet errors.
