Can't apply bevel to Vitascene VSx9

Post by alanball »

Hi all
I have been trying to add bevels using Vitascene to a text title, but the bevel options don't apply when double clicked. Does anyone know if I have to use a special text to use the bevel options or am I missing an input somewhere?

Many thanks

Hi Alan

Can you provide the link to You Tube, thanks.

I have not used Vitascene so was struggling to get it to work.
Don’t know if I have a corrupt installation but could not get any Text inserted.
There is a manual via Vitascene Help menu, that may be useful.

But I did not get anywhere in using that tool, hmmmm need to make that work????

Hi Alan

Thanks for those links....

Well we all have to learn, I was probably being a little lazy as I could have browsed YT to find that tutorial.
As I said I have not used Vitascene, there are so many filters and transitions within the program that I cannot use all of them, we are all on the learning curve, somewhere.

I found another manual

Thanks Trevor, I think I came across that link before, but if I remember correctly it was for the full version and not the cut down one for Video Studio, but I may be wrong about that.

Like you, Vitascene and also Boris are both extra's in VS I have never got to grips with, these types of programs take up an awful lot of time to learn, and I'm afraid I'm at that age where what a read doesn't seem to stick around too long!!

Best of luck with Vitascene.

Hi Trevor

You may have seen this tutorial video before, but I found it helpful with Adorage and Vitascene when using them to make transitions.
