Re: Screen Capture option grayed out
@ JoeB: I read the previous posts and I was in edit mode and its not under File. I have a screenshop using the snipping tool but I can't copy and paste it here. Screenshot is available in the IMPORT menu box but ONLY in the MANAGE screen area and then its grayed out! When I'm in EDIT, the option in NOT there!

Well then I'm at a loss. It's there in X9 for at least some of us if not most. I'd be interested in hearing if others are having your issue with X9. If not it may require you to reset everything or even do a complete uninstall (using the Cleanup tool posted as a sticky near the top of this forum) and then doing a reinstall.Rascalron wrote:@ JoeB: I read the previous posts and I was in edit mode and its not under File. Also, in my PSPX9 there is no Screenshot in the Import option in the Manage mode as you describe it. It is Screen Capture that is in that position and yes, it is greyed out.

I have the same as JoeB and Kathy. Like Joe, I would suggest you first try resetting PSP. Close PSP, then holding down the Shift key click on the desktop PSP icon. Make sure you have saved your workspace if you have edited it before doing this.

Re: Screen Capture option grayed out
I have the Screenshot between File >Open and File > Close as well.
I was wondering if Rascalron had been customising his workspace and had accidentally removed Screenshot.
So I looked in the View > Customise > Category - File and there was no Screenshot there. I also checked All Commands (which places them in alphabetic order and still no Screenshot there.
This means that if you accidentally lose Screenshot there is no way to get it back unless you reset all.
That is mistake 1 on the part of the Corel designers.
The second mistake was mentioned in that in X9 Manage workspace File > Import shows a greyed out Screen Capture and there is no way to activate it. This was laziness on the part of the programmers that they accessed the X8 Edit space File > Import, and used that series of actions in the X9 Manage workspace leaving Screen Capture there and greyed out. So the change from X8 to X9 was not tidied up.
I see from the new features of PSP 2018 that they are going back to a two workspace mode Essentials and Complete. It also looks like showing the Adjust tab will be optional.

Re: Screen Capture option grayed out
For X9 customise – the options are expanded to show the commands, so Screenshot shows the Setup and Start, maybe it should also show Screenshot?
This is the same for all entries with multiple selections.

Re: Screen Capture option grayed out
Perhaps a clue ...
If you have loaded a previous workspace, from a previous version, it is known that the old workspace removes things in the new version.
