Hi okyou
Well that message does not give us much to go on.
I think for nested VSP the message given is more informative.
Can you Zip your project file, the VSP file and attach to your post.
Although we cannot see your actual clips can view their names maybe we will notice something.
Otherwise you would have to split the VSP project into sections, trying each to use Smart Package to locate the problem files.
For some reason my mind thinks of reversing video, have you applied to any clips.

Hello Lata,
The project has some slow and fast forward clips, but not reverse.
Attached is the VSP zip file. I cannot use regular zip because it's still over the 2 mb limit. I use 7zip.
Thanks very much for your help.

Re: Smart Package Don't Work
Hello lata,
Thanks for recommending splitting the project to diagnose the project. I finally able to track to the invalid clip that prevent saving to smart package. However, I still don't understand how a normal clip can turn into an invalid clip. The invalid clip look like this in the project and it has no properties:
However, when I wiggled this clip a couple of times by resizing it a little, the original format comes back as
and the properties is
I looked back to the rendered output I did right after the invalid clip problem occurred and that particular clip looks normal. Do you or anyone out there experience this problem before ? Have any idea why this happen ?
Thanks much

Re: Smart Package Don't Work
Hi OKyou
Good that you found the culprit, no point in me downloading that vsp file.
The image is Jpeg 4032 x 2268, that’s 16:9 so will fit to your project
There are a lot of images around that image, all from your Samsung camera, so why one would be troublesome is a bit of a mystery.
If it were just the one image I would resize that image to 1920 x 1080 assuming you are not gonna zoom into the image.
Can you also check the Jpeg properties as your last image JPEG Tab, Progressive Jpeg type images have caused some issues for video editors, Baseline being the normal preference.
Other than that I haven’t a clue why that error occurred.
Your project properties, quite normal…..
MPEG Transport-Stream Files
24 bits, 1920 x 1080, 29.97 fps
Upper Field First
(HDMV-NTSC), 16:9
H.264 Video
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 18000 kbps)
Audio data rate: 384 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)
Oh
As you have used a lot of titles, I would set Ripple editing to keep those clips in position whilst you complete the editing.
Also if you do not intend to use chapters, remove all chapter points from the project. (the green triangles above the timelines)
Good luck
