Because got some corection i want to rerender m2t format video file (same format) using CVS set at " same as project setting" can cause any quality loss ?
Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi
Ithere is not clear if your project properties actually match the video files Properties?
Are you able to use same as first clip, assuming your video is the first clip that option will use the videos properties for the render

Yes i can comfirm my project properties same as the first clip. So the rendered result i think no different, same properties, just curious is there any quality lost after rerender ?

As it is a lossy file format - which means with each save there will be some quality loss - you really need to do a small test, or do it and use save as and save it as a different file name, so you have your original copy as well, then check if you are happy with the quality loss.
A lot depends on what is in the movie and the settings used to save it originally. A fast moving action movie saved at low quality will suffer more quality loss than a fixed camera, low movement high quality setting movie.
In my opinion and experience, most normal movies will save again ok.
