Re: Frame 189780 is unreadable
Welcome to the forums String,
It would seem there's something about that specific frame VS is having a problem with. So let's start with some basic information. While we know what your Project Properties are, (which seem a little odd for video), we don't know what your project consists of. Is it a video file, if so what are it's properties? Right-click on the video file, select properties and copy them here. Due to the short length of your project, I'm guessing it is a slide-show consisting of images. Is this correct? If so what is your desired end result? Sharing on-line, or producing a DVD? Basically I'm questioning the project frame size of 854x480. So if it is to share on-line, why not start with some sort of common file format and sizes.
How about WMV, or MPEG-2, or better yet the most common used nowadays is MP4. It would seem that you're located in PAL country, since your frame rate is 25fps. That wouldn't change. Now if you are using a video file, the project properties should match that of the video file whenever possible. It's not entirely necessary, but it helps minimize problems.
Do you have any effects applied to the project around the problematic frame? That might be causing VS to error.

Re: Frame 189780 is unreadable
Hi Ron. Like you I am mystified by the frame size and would love to know where it came from.
However, I am also rather mystified by your reference to the project being a short one. Yes, I realise that the reference to it being 02:12:29 could imply it is only two minutes twelve seconds long, but the 29 at the end implies that in fact seconds not frames. So to me the project is two hours twelve minutes and 29 seconds long (and who knows how many frames). This also seems to be the case when you consider the error message. To me, at a frame rate of 25 fps, 189780 implies the error is occurring at around the two hour six minutes and 52 second mark (02:06:52:??)
But apart from that, we really need to know all that other information you have requested... I also have to confess I don't really understand what is meant by "The timline edits are 00:01:24".

Re: Frame 189780 is unreadable
I agree Ken, I was just reading the duration as it was written, and how it is interpreted, and didn't take into account that most people forget the right 2 digits indicate frames in video. Hopefully both of us will be de-mystified when the OP replies.

Re: Frame 189780 is unreadable
Sorry guys I created the topic on hurry so I forgot to provide the rest of the informations
The project consists of one video, the length of that source video is 2 hours 12 minuets 29 seconds
The project properties are odd because I worked on the previous project properties which was a mistake but all the work was done already the moment I discovered that
so there was nothing to do as to my knowledge to change that "I'm a newbie to the program"
The video file "source file" properties are
Video
Length 02:12:29
Frame width 640
Frame height 360
Data rate 389 kbps
Total bitrate 485 kbps
Frame rate 24 frame/seconds
Audio
Bit rate 96kbps
Channels 2(stereo)
Audio sample rate 44khz
I didn't use any source files in this project but this video
And all what was done is cuting and replacing with some transitions and no effects used
What i meant by "The timline edits are 00:01:24"
Is that it is the end result of the project
the work I've done out of the 02:12:29 is 00:01:24
"A promo for a movie"
http://imgur.com/6eHjNUR
Everything is just fine in the preview window and there is no thing used in the project from the time that the program has a problem with, as mentioned by Ken (02:06:52)
I have to mention that whenever I try to click on customize motion on any clip of those it gives me "frame (a number) is unreadable"
That number differs evertime
I provided a recoded video for that https://ufile.io/165e9

Hi
I believe the frame 189780 is the total number of frames in the video file, and not an individual frame

Re: Frame 189780 is unreadable
Yes Lata it gived me the unreadable frame for every single clip and when i delete one it gives me another I'm really confused since I can see my work in the preview window but i can't extract it
Why did the program accepted the file if it got unreadable frames?
Why didn't it refuse the file from the beginning?
Why should i only know that after 12hours of working?
That's very disappointing
I had no solution but to record the preview window to be able to extract my work even if it locked bad and the quality was like *** due to lags and so while recording, but it's better than nothing for me at least, but for the customer I will not get baid unless I delever a better quality so I still have faith that somebody is going to help me, I hope

Re: Frame 189780 is unreadable
Hi
Have you tried converting your video to another format using a video converter.
Format Factory has been used by others, quite good.
I would convert to your expected output video, maybe mpeg4, although you do not say what you are trying to make.
I think your video is 16-9 so use that format.
Take care when installing FF as it tries to install additional stuff, but we can deselect those options, only installing FF
