I'm not sure if this is a PSP 8 issue or down to Windows 10 or some other conflict. It started only a week or two ago and is becoming truly annoying. I often open images by dragging the file from its folder into PSP 8. This frequently now does nothing. The 'forbidden' icon appears instead of '+'. If I close and re- open PSP 8, the drag then works. Cannot pin-point any cause.
So far, dragging files into other applications works as normal.
Any suggestions please?
