VSX10 Ultimate installing problem

VSX10 Ultimate installing problem
When I install VSX10, progress to about 70%, the progress bar is not moving, I don't know why, retry the useless ！

Sorry you are having problems in installing the program, can you say if you are installing the Trial or the purchased version.
It has been a few hours since your original post so have you managed to install the program since then?

I had a similar problem yesterday when I installed X10. I was close to giving up and ordering the disks. I have a great i-net connection but the crash popup said that I needed to check my internet connection.
After I closed NetNanny and BitDefender, the installation files downloaded to completion. The installation files are very large.
So, I suggest turning off any filtering s/w and suspending your internet security s/w.
