Downloading and Installing process of VideoStudio X10 64 Bit Main Program stops (see attached screenshot).

I too am having difficulties installing a box purchase of this software although I am working with windows 7 enterprise. I have spoken to customer service on 2 separate dates and chatted with customer service. Each time they say they will have technical support contact me via email. I am still waiting. The install stops and I receive an error message telling me to check my internet connection. Can anyone help considering Corel doesn't seem to care about my problems. At this point I am about to return the product.

Sorry you are having problems in installing the program
Although you have the Boxed version internet access is required to install the program, (afaik) this verifies the files as being correct then continues with the installation.
If updates are available they would be downloaded prior/during installation.
I have to admit there does seem to be some customers having problems in using the Web Installer.
Some things I would attempt.
1 / Can you try copying the entire contents of the disc to your hard drive then try installing from there.
2 / It may be the type of browser you are using, although most should work ok, if you are not already using, you could try Internet Explorer
3 / Firewall may be blocking access, or maybe your security software, Norton etc. Temporally disable those, or check settings to mark Corel as friendly.
I do not know what else to suggest, it works ok for me so I cannot even replicate any problems, I have tried in the past using other internet browsers without problems.

Thank you Trevor, I attempted all of those things you suggested to no avail. I am very disappointed in Corel, I have used their products in the past with no problems. I work for a large Govt agency that was looking to purchase this to use and possibly buy many more licenses. I assume Corel doesn't care about their customers or I would have gotten an email by now. Well since this software doesn't work does anyone have any idea for another video editing software? Thanks again Trevor.

Your system drive shows as D: - this may be a problem. Have you got another setup that uses C: as the system drive?
