Scaling and reframing a shot in VSX10

I have the terrible feeling the answer to this will be really simple, but for the life of me I can't work out how to scale up and reframe a shot in VSX10. In other programs I have used, there is often a simple percentage multiplier to - in effect - zoom in on a shot and then an X and Y axis tool to reposition the image in the frame. I have tried Distort, understand - but don't wish to use - the so-called Zoom Edit and want to be able to keyframe the desired changes.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think one of the better solutions for you is the Customize Motion. This is accessed by selecting your clip, then right-click and choose Customize Motion.

Thanks, Ron. That is exactly what I was after. I had a fiddle with Video Pan and Zoom but that didn't do it as simply as your suggestion. Much appreciate the rapid response.
