BCC Title Studio missing

Finally found the folder..thanks to your web site.
I did the reset and still no BCC Titler.
I am now going to try to re-installing

Does BCC show as installed via Program and Features?

You should not have to install the program just the Bonus Features
Locate the setup_Bonus.exe, double click to install the entire package again.

I did a complete new download/install....and still no BCC Titler.

This is getting very frustrating

Not sure what you mean "Program and Features" if you mean in the FX menu....it does not show up there.

So I uninstalled all the previous versions of Video Studio (X9) and Paint shop (X7)
Then reinstalled setup_Bonus.exe and GraffitiCorelX10x86.exe
Still no BCC titler.

Not sure what else to do at this point.
Is there a way to manually install the plug in if I could get the files needed?

Not sure what you mean "Program and Features" if you mean in the FX menu....it does not show up there.

Program and Features is part of your computer showing a list of all programs installed on your pc.
If BCC is installed it will show in that list

Go to your Control Panel to access Program and Features

At least we will know if it is installed, then work out why it is not showing in the program

It could of course be a Windows 32 bit issue, most users install 64 bit
It would be good if 32 bit window users could check their installation.

But please view Program and Features list.

Did you reset the program by renaming the file 20.0
For 64 bit versions…….
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\20.0

I did try that and so did support although they did it a little different, they just deleted the folder. My issue isn't that the program is missing, the program is there but when you use it the presets are all blank (no preview) and don't seem to do anything. Support were logged into my computer for a little over 5 hours, removed and re-installed VS twice ( the 2nd time trying a different user account) and still got the same result as I did.

My case has now been escalated to level 2 so I'm currently waiting to see what happens next.

At least Corel are on the case, so should be able to fix this.
I have noticed that the BCC icon in FX displays as grey, sometimes, I am sure in the past it displayed ok, I do deselect Library animation in F6, but that should not affect that.

When I customise the BCC the preview panel takes a while to populate, I had to scroll down the list slowly as the presets showed. I have recently upgraded my pc and that panel is faster to populate.
To the left I see the folder structure, that showed as fully expanded, but of late is compressed, I have to hit the down arrows to view the different options.

Have you tried selecting just one option rather than displaying all?
There is one called Clocks, that has 6 presets.
Does selecting less presets show correctly?
