PSP X9 4K friendly?

Is PSP X9 4K compliant. ie does it scale text on 4k screens?
Am thinking about my next laptop, 4K on a 15" screen.
Unless Lightroom and paintshop are 4K friendly i can't buy this laptop.

Not completely. I'm not sure if I prefer it as it is now, or if it should be changed though.

The attached capture of my four 4K monitors shows Arial 12px in PSP X9. A lot smaller than standard text in browser.
