Corel PaintShop Pro X9 19.2.0.7 - Update

I copy the update files from my laptop to my desktop and install before opening PSP. The updates are in C:\ProgramData\Corel\Downloads and there is a separate folder for each one. The folder names are gibberish but the file name tells you what each one is. I just look for today's date on the folder details.

Thanks for that. I was wondering where the patch downloaded to. I will copy PSPX9_Update4.exe and run it on my desktop if the patch doesn't show up soon. There is a second file, dim_params.xml which contains info on the download.

My update came the same way, but it showed up on my laptop last week, and only yesterday on my desktop. I checked every day until the update finally showed up.

Obviously I don't get my updates the same way as most others seem to do, likely because I turn off Auto Updates and don't use the Check for Updates option. I wait until an update is reported (usually on this forum) AND the update is also available on the updates page. From the Updates page I can download the latest update to a folder specifically created in my Software Downloads folder for PSP updates. That makes it very easy to find. Then I wait for awhile to hear what others who have installed it have to say - what works, what becomes broken, etc. If "what works" outweighs the "what is broken" stuff given my workflow, I install it.

Me to. I turn auto everything off. Wait until I read the posts on this forum then, if and when, I download them.
