[SOLVED] Can't use Face Recognition

I just bought PaintShop Pro X9 and installed it on a windows 10 pc. When i try to click on face recognition the option are disabled and i can't use this function. What should i do? I've tried whit collection, single photo, different formats but still nothing.

It's not clear to me where this option is. let alone how to fix it.

Are you talking about PSP or perfectly clear?

Make sure you are in Manage mode.
Click Help > Help Topics In the search space Type in Face Recognition . You will then find instructions on setting up a folder / images for face recognition. From reading some other people's results do not expect too much.

I just solved the problem! All i needed to do was add the path to my photo on the Collection sub menu. Ty All
