Re: X9 Error rendering video
Hi, I never saw such errors.
What sorce of video files are you using? the culprit might be there.

Re: X9 Error rendering video
The first error says your pc cannot be used to Render/Share the format you selected. Not all pcs can create h25 format.

Re: X9 Error rendering video
Al -- I assume you meant "h265" rather than "h25" as written. And I agree that not all computers can deal with h265. But where did you get the information that these users were trying to output or edit h265 video?
My problem with both users' posts is that they give no information at all about the video they are editing. And while we can see from the attached pictures that they are trying (unsuccessfully) to output in various formats, we also don't really know exactly what they want to output to.
It might also be useful to know what build of X9 they are using... Are they fully patched, for example?
With regard to picture 1, since the user in fact has Windows 10, I'd be interested to know what happened after he clicked OK on that error message. Did the rendering process stop or continue? (Like asik, though, I have never encountered that particular error message before either with X9, X10 or indeed any other version of VS.)

Re: X9 Error rendering video
Yes h265. My conclusion was based on getting the same pop-up error dialog in one of my pc's when trying to render h265. I agree that the post gives no details on what the user is doing nor what his video sources are, nor what he is rendering.
