Mercalli not registered with X10

Hi

I just realized that Mercalli is not registered with my newly installed X10, i.e. when I use the effect the outcome is always with a blue cross across the picture.
Is there any way to manually register?
I think that in previous versions the effect would ask for registration when using it for the first time.
When I open version X9 it still works ...
