Smartsound Quicktracks INOP - any clues how to fix?

When using auto music tab and selecting a song title, I get several pop-up windows that say for example: Smartsound Quicktrack - The stringpak for "SMovie.cpp: could not be found.

Frankly, the feature does not work and I get 20+ pop-up windows indicating missing files. I have uninstalled the program, restarted the computer and reloaded the problem with no fix. I have also downloaded all the VS v.9 downloades hoping for a fix in there.

I couold not find an answer on the Ulead FAQ or page in this Forum.

Any ideas?

You can do a search on the forum and find several posts about this.
When you uninstall VS leaves behind alot of files that you must manually delete.
Here's one that deals with uninstall/reinstall of Smartsound.

Deleted every Smartsound file I could find - and once again started from scratch. FIXED!
