change login email account

hello i have cretaed a ticket but i have no responce until know from technical supoport.so if any one from the forum can help me i was grateful.
until know i buy all products using for registering the mail of my corel account(gmail).but for vsx10 i using a second mail(a hotmail account).so i have the next questions :
1)can i download upadtes and patches normally or is i will have any problem because the two accounts?
2)the second email(hotmail) also i used it for support center(creating) a support ticket request.i want to change my corel login account using the second mail.but i can't!!appears a message that the account already exist.this is because i have created a support corel account with the second mail?
3) how can i changed my login email with the second one(which used in support center account)?to switch from my gmail to hotmail?
