Hello everyone and I am new to VideoStudio. I have questions about doing slow motion using the Time Remapping. Why is there no sound when using the Time Remapping (Set Mark-in)? And is there another way to do slow motion but also can hear the sound?
For example, I have a video clip of a race car and you can hear the sounds of the engine roaring. However, at a part of the video, I would like to do a slow motion when the car moving around a corner but still hear the sound of the engine roaring but in slow motion. When I apply the Time Mapping (Set Mark-in) for slow motion, I hear no sound until it passes the Set Mark-in.
Thanks for any advice!

Welcome, you can slow with sound by using a different tool. The speed/time lapse when you right click the clip.

Thanks for your help!
When I use the speed/time lapse, the entire video is in slow motion but I do hear the sound. Is there a way to put part of the video in slow motion using speed/time lapse?

Re: No Sound in Slow Motion
you need to split the video by using the scissor tool either side of the section you want to slow down
I personally would then split the audio so that it appears in an audio track - then slow down the images as required
then physically stretch the sound block in the timeline making sure you hold down the shift key when you do or else the sound will not be correct
