I lost my Tool options

I lost my Tool options
I have been using PPS 8 for years, but all of a sudden when I click on the Eraser tool I can't change the size. There is no bar across the top showing the various parameters. What did I do wrong, and how can I undo it?

Go to View -> Palettes -> Tool options That should bring it back.
