Work with mask in VS X9

I have video on 50% of screen. I have circle mask.
I need move (from left to right) video, but mask need be all time on the center of screen.
I can create mask but it apply/attached only for video, not for all screen.

How can I solve it?

do you put it in the overlay track like this

Yes, but I want, that digit "2" will move from left side of screen to right, but circle (mask) stay on centre.

if the video moves it will work as I show - is the problem that you video does not move

Did You use Chroma Key on black circle? Or use mask frame?

hm... it is transparent circle, it works without any overlay. It is easy. I want next effect, I drow it on paper:
1) first layer it is "background 1" static
2) second layer it is "background 2" dynamic (move from left to right)
3) mask. I can see throught circle with "background 2" on "background 1".

note that the background '1' in the top track can be any video or photo

also background '2' can be any video or photo and move at whatever speed you wish

I see, but I do not want to see blue background. Only landscape (layer 1) and baloons (layer 2) But when ballons movei from left to right, it will be appear throught circle mask (from transperend backgroun, I will not see blue color)

But potov, the mask need to be reversed, black on white.
