Hi,
Mpeg2 files have many different specs and formats.
I would try the dvd-folder creation.
Also, burn a dvd-r disk for better compatiibility.
The following corrects mpeg2 streams to be dvd compatible.

Being as MF4 already rendered a dvd you may be able to rebuild the
mpeg2 files (If they need it at all) using MF4's export feature.
Although you may have a compatibility problem using the DVD+RW media.
Many desktop players will not play DVD+rw.
Have you tried playing the dvd+rw using "Nero - ShowTime" dvd software player?
Again, playing from a dvd folder will show if the files are dvd compatible.
and everything is playing in the dvd format.
Then burning the correct media for desktop players is the next step.
If the Ulead DVD Player is playing the DVD then something is correct
in as far as a compatible dvd structure goes. If your videos created from
MF4 weren't compilaint then playing them would generate an error or the
video wouldn't play correctly.
If needed, the new export feature can render a new mpeg2 compatible stream.
There are many ways to export to mpeg2 using the new exporting modules. You can even export to VCD/SVCD and dv.avi formats and
the other avi formats.
I don't think you need to do all that. It sounds to me all you need to do is
have the "Create Index File" Checked ON and use dvd-r or dvd+r that
your players will recognize. EVEN if the videos are totally incompatible
the desktop players should show the dvd MENU. OK.
I think your there and just have to burn correctly.
