Can't receive password restore

Post by Petejan57 »

I know this is probably the wrong forum but can't find anywhere to post this problem. I cant log into my corel account. I own psp 7,8 and as of yesterday 9 ultimate.

Can't remember my password to get into my Corel account and have requested 6 password resets over the last 24 hours and the corel chat line have been no great help. There is nothing in my spam or junk folders either.

As said probably the wrong forum but has anyone else suffered this issue!!

just in case anyone reading this (which you can do without logging in) has lost their password to these forums and are not receiving a response to their new password request then we are a little more organised than Corel.com - just send an e-mail to contactcorelwebboard@corel.com and one of the admin team here will sort out your access to the forums.
