VideoStudio x10 Ultimate / Mercalli Error

I bought the pre order release of VideoStudio pro x10 Ultimate. Unfortunately the Mercalli V2 Plugin does not work correctly.
It works OK but after it stabilize my Clip, I see a blue-line cross over the whole Clip.
I think this must be a Licenze / Registration issue.

Has anyone the same Problem / can reproduce this error?

Yes Corel are aware of that problem which should be fixed by the official release date.

I would contact Corel Support just to confirm the problem still exists.

I contacted the Corel Customer Support but this was very annoying - reinstall, generate winaudit files, msinfo32-files, ...
I refer to this topic but there was no Consideration - not so nice.

Thanks for the help - it's disappointing that it appears that although it appears Corel was aware of the issue from testing, but still failed to implement a fix before releasing the production version. How can this happen...?

Very easily - - Marketing say "release new version" - - engineers say "no no it's not ready there are still problems" - - top man says "release it NOW with faults or look for another job" - - he who holds the purse calls the tune
