Does anyone know why when using X9 flood fill tool on a new raster layer, will not fill the entire layer if there is an existing other layer with an image on it.
For example...PSP tube on raster 1, add new layer - raster 2 - try to fill raster 2 and it only fills around the image on raster 1? (doesn't matter if they are in order of raster # or not, ie raster 1/raster 2 and/or raster2/raster 1
Rather annoying. Has anyone found a way around this?
Thanks

Re: PSP X9 Flood Fill Tool
On the tool options palette there should be a checkbox for "use all layers" What this does is it takes all layers into consideration when using the fill tool. Very handy if you want to quickly fill an area that matches a different layer without actually touching that layer.
If you want it to only use the current layer and none of the others, de-select that checkbox.

Re: PSP X9 Flood Fill Tool
Thanks so much...I found the "use all layers", unchecked it...and my problem disappeared. Thanks!
