Re: change colour of hair
That depends on the image. I would like to start off with, there is no perfect way to color hair. And some of the best ways are quite complicated using masks.
An image where the hair is very frizzy, or there is little color difference between the hair and the background, or where there is low contrast between the hair and background are not the best for doing this. And drastic changes in hair color will look obviously fake. Moving from dark to light hair is very difficult to make work, But light hair to dark is much easier.
The easiest method, duplicate the image onto its own layer, then you can use tools like Change To Target Brush, or the color changer tool, play with Hue/Saturation/Lightness or Hue Map. Then you just need to mask or erase the top layer leaving only the hair visible. I then recommend a blend mode of some sort maybe a decrease in opacity so it's not so in your face. The areas you'll struggle with are when hair is in front of the face and there is a visible receding hair-line. Because that'll mix in hair and skin.
