Is there a way to change the size of the text in layer.
I mean the name of the layer for ex. "Raster 1" or "Backgrounds". I need larger text.

I don't believe so. Perhaps it might help you if you renamed the layers (using the existing name or a new one) using upper case letters only. It could make them more visible.
