Missing content in VX8 Ultimate

I have just installed a boxed version of VX8 Ultimate and installed all the extra content on the bonus pack CD.SP2 was installed as well. When I go to the Effects menu under Plugins the only one I can see is the KTP Collection. Where do I find the Creative Content , Scripting Guide and other options advertised as only being available in Ultimate ?

The scripting Guide is a PDF that gets placed into a folder, probably in your Documents folder.

The creative content are preset shapes, styles, textures, frames, those sorts of things so you'll only see them when you use the tools they are associated with. The backgrounds will be in the Public Pictures folder.

Wouldn't it be nice if Corel included that info with the CD and in a text file with those resources when downloaded? Just a thought.
