AfterShot Pro 3 don't start after installation

Hi together,

I've an issue afer install ASP3 in LinuxMint 18. The program doesn't start and when I try to start the startscript /usr/bin/AfterShot3X64 in a terminal, I get the follow message:

After Shot Pro 2 is running, but doesn't support my actual camera and raw-format.

Has anybody an idea, what to do?

I've tried to start AfterShot Pro 3 with root-permissions today, with these rights, the program starts. Did anybody know, if there are special permissions or groups neccessary to run AfterShot Pro 3 as normal user or are there libraries with special permissions needed?
