AfterShot 3 Pro crashing

Hello,

I had AfterShot installed and it was working fine, I bought the Ultimate Edition of PaintShop Pro and it came with AfterShot 3 Pro which was a shocker.
I installed it and it ran fine then I decided to enable OpenCL then after I saved the preferences and tried to restart the program later it wouldn't start.
I have done multiple uninstall, and reinstalls of the program to hopefully fix whatever was ailing it. I even uninstalled the Standard version of AfterShot 3 in hopes that might be the issue.
Sadly that didn't fix anything. I even tried renaming the cache folder, which didn't fix anything in case you were wondering.
