How can I apply my watermark via a batch process and have it show up the same size regardless of orientation or dimensions?
Do I need to have different size watermark files to use based on orientation and dimensions?

Re: Watermarking
Use the Watermark command. Give it the settings you want. It'll handle the rest.
It is possible to make a script smart enough to do this as well, but that's just a hassle.
Depending on which version of PSP you have watermarking is easily done in the batch process command. In older versions, you will have to record the watermarking command in a script and run the script on the images in the batch process command.

Re: Watermarking
I should have added that I want to watermark a batch of photos and keep the watermark the same size on all the images if possible. I ran a batch process on about 25 and the watermark was larger on the horizontal images and smaller on the vertical images. The horizontal images are different sizes but one is 4355x2855 and a vertical is 2433x3649. They are all 300dpi.

Then you need a script that opens the watermark image, copies it, closes it, and then pastes it into the current image. It'll always be exactly the same size and orientation regardless of the image you're copying it into.
