VideoStudio Download/Install problem

I couldn't find any solution to my problem. Google gives me only 6 results and it seems there is just only one similar case, in a review on Amazon by Amazamma, here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-re ... B01ARQ4HIM

My OP is Windows 10 all upgrades, no viruses, very good internet connection with no issues whatsoever until this download.

I started with the Trial version of VideoStudio X9. After downloading the installer, I got this error: http://i.imgur.com/w1pHZDV.jpg

No help provided by the online support by Corel, I just got a ticket and am waiting for their response.

In the meantime, having known the product and used it before I just decided to buy the VideoStudio Pro X9 version and hoped that this error given by the trial would disappear. Ofc I was so wrong.
There is nothing online to help with this issue besides noting the identical problem in the Amazon review above.

After downloading and starting the installer and after inserting my serial number, the installation starts for a half a minute and the returns this screen: http://i.imgur.com/ZVO56KF.jpg

You can imagine this is very frustrating. And yes, I did try with the Antivirus / Firewall off..

Any help, anyone?

Right click the install EXE and select "Run as Administrator" in the pop up option window

Hi br3b

Your two images, the first seems to be whilst installing the program so indicating that download was complete, yet the second image seems to be during download via the Web Installer.

If you have downloaded the program then you can try manually installing the program.
Locate the download files, by default would be saved to your desktop in a VideoStudio folder.
Open the 64 bit folder, open Ultimate or Pro folder, double click setup.exe.

That should start the installation of the main program.
How far do you get with that?

If you have not completed the downloads, run the Web Installer again, choose download only.

Then try the manual install process.

Not sure about the trial version, I think that has to be installed using the Web Installer,

Sorry for delay in our reply

It is difficult for us to test installation of the trial version as we have the full version installed, the Web Installer will not install the trial for us.

If you can locate the download folder then you should be able to manually install by double clicking the Setup.exe folder.

But as I say I do not have those download file to test this.

when the download from the website are finish and locate in my downloads folder i click on it

In that case I would suspect the download has not completed or you have a corrupt file

Delete the Trial files and try downloading again.
