Please Help: Error Message 13011:5:3

Hello,
I'm trying to capture video from my Sony CCD-TRV308 camcorder. When using Ulead i can see video and hear audio. When I click on capture video I get the following error.
Capture Failed.
The created file is corrupt and unusable.
It will be automatically deleted.
13011:5:3

I have searched for this error code on google and can't seem to get an anwser. I am using a Hauppauge 350 card. Using WinXP SP1.
I have tried to updated all drivers, yet have made no progress. Any help would be great. Thanks Everyone.

I am not familiar with the camera but if you are attempting to capture video through the PVR350 into DMF, don't. The PVR350 has an MPEG encoding chip on it and can capture video directly as an MPEG file.

Use the Hauppauge native software WinTV PVR or one of the other softwares available for it. Then import the MPEG into DMF for authoring and burning.

If you would like to also edit the MPEGs before authoring and burning with DMF, I would recommend checking out VideoReDo for editing.
