Just to prove how much PC horsepower you actually need to edit video in X9.5 I did a video to prove it.

The video shows loads a little higher than normal because OBS software is running on the other monitor, so I'll give you the actual load below.
Editing on the timeline, ie cut/move cursor, it's 16% max.
Playing timeline 22%.
Render clip 28%.
All the time the GPU never went over 2%.
It doesn't even run a sweet on a 4K file.
