KPT Plugins problem
I have for the first time decided to look at the KTP Plug ins. This is because I also use ON1 and Photoshop. I tried a couple of the plugins, but one of them ( I cannot ) remember which) froze the program. Now Paint Shop Pro will not start. It gets past the flash screen to where the page starts to load. All the outlines of the workspace appear then it stops with an error saying it cannot open and Windows is looking for a solution. As I have never used the plugins I have deleted the file, but Photo Shop will still not open. Any ideas?

Re: KPT Plugins problem
Deleted which file? from where? You said Photoshop will still not open. Did you mean Paint Shop Pro? If you are still having issues with Paint Shop Pro try opening by resetting to default.
The following knowledge base article explains how. It references PSP X6 but applies to most if not all versions. You will need to do Option 2.

Re: KPT Plugins problem
Hi Kathy9. The file I deleted was the one containing the KTP Plugins. Sorry about the error on my post regarding Photoshop I did mean Paint Shop. I will check out the link you sent, thanks.
Just a quick update. It is now working after the reset thanks again. No KTP files, but I do not need them anyway.

Re: KPT Plugins problem
Glad you got it working. Now if you make any customizations to your workspace it would be a good idea to save the workspace in case you need to do another reset.
To save your workspace: File -> Workspace -> Save
By the way the KPT plugins only work with the 32-bit version of PSP.
