Is the USB stick formatted in NTFS or in FAT32? If it is the latter, then maybe your project is generating video which is bigger than the 4 GB limit on files allowed with FAT32.

A workaround, of course, would be to make the new video in the default folder and then when it is done, simply transfer it to the USB stick drive -- though you may again run into the 4 GB limit if it is formatted with FAT32.

Is your USB stick formatted as FAT32 or NTFS? FAT32 only allows files sizes up to 4GB.

I see Ken beat me with the possible answer.

Another workaround is to format the FAT32 as NTFS

can you save the video to a folder on your computer - then copy that to the USB stick
