can't save movie to external location

can't save movie to external location
hello until know when i created a movie with VSX7 it saved in default file location(doc-video studio-17.0).today i tried to save movies to an external location(a usb stick with 128GB capacity).but the process not complete normally.from the 2 hours duration of the movie,saved the first half an hour.what is wrong?every time i have the same problem.only in the internal c drive the process complete normally

Is the USB stick formatted in NTFS or in FAT32? If it is the latter, then maybe your project is generating video which is bigger than the 4 GB limit on files allowed with FAT32.
A workaround, of course, would be to make the new video in the default folder and then when it is done, simply transfer it to the USB stick drive -- though you may again run into the 4 GB limit if it is formatted with FAT32.

Is your USB stick formatted as FAT32 or NTFS? FAT32 only allows files sizes up to 4GB.
I see Ken beat me with the possible answer.
Another workaround is to format the FAT32 as NTFS

can you save the video to a folder on your computer - then copy that to the USB stick
