need help with photoimpact

i cannot use smartdownload because the program thinks iam on dial up but i have dsl? any ideas how to fix this???

Check which Internet Connection Setting in your system is the default ICS. If you are using Windows XP, select Control Panel->Network Connection to find out, then you can right click on the DSL one to set it as default ICS and try SmartDownload again in PI.
