Fix: Uninstalled the 12/16 video driver update, reinstalled Corel x9. All working now.
The ProDad RotoPen FX won't open to customize. When I click customize the screen blinks. I've been able to use it in the past on this computer.
There was a 12/16 driver update to my video card: nVidia GeForce GTX 285. Haven't used RotoPen a while, and that's the only thing I can think of that has changed.
