I found a most inconvenient error when starting up Corel Video Studio X9.5 today. Upon opening I was displayed with dialogue box:
"Get All Items Failed, Result = 100"
The program would then quit.
After lots of digging around, I found a temporary solution by disabling the programs access to the internet (i.e. using Windows firewall).
I would hazard a guess that those new sound effects in the library (the ones which need a licence) are causing the error. Every time you try and access the library, the program attempts to access the internet and if connected crashes.
I hope this provides a temporary solution for anyone affected, but I would like some feedback from Corel asap as to a resolution for this issue, as it's far from ideal.

Re: Get All Items Failed, Result = 100 (ERROR, TEMP. SOLUTIO
This is already being discussed in at least two other threads. See for example http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 47#p336847
Corel are aware of the problem and are working on a fix which they hope to have very soon. Others have also noted that switching off the internet is a temporary solution.
But in order to avoid having yet another thread on the subject, I am going to close this one. You can of course continue the discussion in the above thread.
