Corel Creative Collection vs Corel Creative Content

Can someone explain the differences between Corel Creative Collection (429MB) and Corel Creative Content (200MB).

Do I need both?

This question seems to pop up almost every year as well as the difference between the PSP x? and PSP X? Ultimate.
Perhaps this and other commonly asked info should be included in one of the stickys at the top of the page.
The following table shows the difference when each of the Creatives are added :

Creative Content comes with the standard version when you Register. Creative Collection is an extra that is included for downloading with the Ultimate version which is exactly the same as the standard PSP version.
The Ultimate refers ONLY to the extra content and extra programs.
