Installation problem: Language Choice Missing File

Installation problem: Language Choice Missing File
Problem with language specification installing PSP X9: It seems to think I want Russian (I don't and do not know why it thinks that) and is looking for a file: "...\Lang\RU\Required\Style7a6.rra" There is no such file. On that directory there are several .rra files but not the requested one. On installation how do I tell it to use English? How do I get around missing file?
