New user of Corel. Rendering a 4K AVCHD video down to HD is not a problem. However, panning a still photo is. I've tried all the output options and all of them are jerky. Smart Render is off.
I have tried to find an answer in Search but could not.

Getting a smooth pan should be possible. Smoother: higher frame rate, slower pan, higher encoding bit rate.
