Is anyone familiar with this error "failed to convert video file error 80041c21
I am trying to burn a dvd and got the above error also tried to create a video image and got the same error

clean reinstall
Why don't you try to have a clean reinstallation of your VideoStudio. Remove first VideoStudio at the Add/Remove programs, then delete its program folders, registry folders, and the windows temporary folders before installing it again. ^_^
