Non install

Hi

I'm trying to install the trial version of this product. The machine easily meets the minimum needs and yet I get an error and a log (somewhere) created. No explanation it just exits.
Any ideas?

Windows version?
Read the Installation FAQ on Ulead web site?

Windows 2000 Professional. with latest updates including Directx9
Athlon 2400
256 mb ram
stacks of harddisk space
flat panel monitor set to true colour

anything else you need to know?

The installer of the trial program might be corrupt. Please follow the steps in Ulead Installation FAQ and then re-download the trial program again.
